Key responsibilities:
1. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Document and update customer records based on interactions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
4. Adhere to company policies and procedures in handling customer interactions.
5. Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Additional details:
1. Profile: International/domestic voice process/non-voice process.
2. Shifts: Rotational shifts.
3. Mandatory: Fluent English-speaking.
4. Education UG: Graduation not required (No B.tech).
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Previous experience in an international BPO or customer service role is preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
