You will be responsible supporting customers in their car buying journey with our company at the retail hub. You will play a critical role in customer engagement and must understand customer requirements to recommend products according to their needs, pitching products and negotiating when necessary.
Key responsibilities:
1. Building a relationship with the customer at the retail hub, understanding their needs and negotiating as needed.
2. Managing the hub inventory.
3. Meeting and engaging with customers, showing them cars and conducting test drives.
4. Ensuring that any issues are resolved.
5. Assisting in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
6. Acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations.
7. Collaborating with the CRM to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
8. Assisting in implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
9. Assisting in collecting and analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
10. Preparing reports on customer satisfaction, feedback, and key performance indicators.
11. Helping in developing strategies based on data insights to improve customer relations.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and neighboring cities
1. Relevant experience in sales and demonstrated experience in customer service.
2. Graduate/post graduate degree.
3. Good verbal communication skills.
4. Knowledge of English, Hindi and regional language
5. Must have a driving license.
6. Must know how to drive a 4 wheeler.
