Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
2. Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
3. Assist customers in booking flights and resolving any issues that may arise.
4. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Maintain customer records and update information in the system as needed.
6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
7. Strive to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs to drive company growth.
8. Provide information on airline tickets to customers.
9. Require excellent communication in English.
10. Providing the best customer service.
Note: Only night shifts & no day shifts
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities

2. Should be willing to work in night shifts and 6 days.
