Key responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, videographers, social media executives, content writers, and other creative professionals.
2. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
3. Ensure clear communication and alignment between team members and other departments.
4. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects.
5. Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
6. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
7. Collaborate with the CMO/CEO to define the creative vision and strategy for all production projects.
8. Provide creative direction and feedback throughout the process.
9. Ensure consistency and alignment with the company s brand and objectives.
10. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the testimonial process.
11. Present ideas, progress updates, and final products to stakeholders.
12. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during production.
13. Continuously evaluate and improve production processes and workflows.
14. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
15. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and techniques.
