Hynes Infratech is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with experience in commercial real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals in the Noida commercial real estate market. You will work closely with the sales team to meet the company's goals and expand the client base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & lead generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, etc.) to drive commercial real estate sales.
2. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their commercial space needs, and providing suitable property solutions.
3. Market research: Stay updated on the Noida commercial real estate market, including trends, competition, and pricing.
4. Property tours & presentations: Conduct property tours and presentations for potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the properties.
5. Negotiations & closures: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
6. Sales reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit reports to the management.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and project teams to promote properties and ensure a seamless sales process.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales.
2. Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Noida real estate market.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
5. Customer-Oriented: Ability to understand and address client requirements effectively.
6. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
7. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
