5. Proposal Creation & Delivery: Develop and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations that meet client needs.
6. Sales Negotiation: Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
7. Market Insight: Keep up with market trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, HR, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, particularly in selling psychometric tools or HR technology solutions.
3. Deep knowledge of psychometric assessments and their use in recruitment, employee development, and organizational culture.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Self-motivated, with the ability to manage time and meet sales targets.
6. Experience working in or with HR teams, educational institutions, or performance-focused organizations is a plus.
