Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in a fast-paced B2B environment, focusing on closing channel sales deals.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives and sales targets.
3. Conduct cold outreach and utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, 6sense, Apollo, Instantly, and other similar sales tools to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
4. Drive consistent high-value transactions with a focus on exceeding sales quotas.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, empowering buyers throughout the sales process.
6. Analyze competitive landscapes, perform user segmentation, and develop a deep understanding of the market.
7. Use data and insights to shape sales narratives, refine priorities, and communicate clearly across teams.
