Key Responsibilities:
1. Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline for the fire installation, AMC, and audit services.
2. Build pipelines and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
3. Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities.
4. Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.
5. Responsible for Installation and Annual Maintenance contracts (including spare parts) selling for Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm & Electronic Security Safety Solutions like CCTV & Access Control Systems.

Requirement details:
1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience.
2. Proven experience in AMC and/or Project sales of Fire Fighting & Alarm Systems, ELV System.
3. Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to fire protection systems.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet sales targets.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
6. Pleasant personality with good presentation skills.
7. Proficiency in using social media applications for generating leads and creating brand awareness.
8. Willingness to travel and work with flexible hours as needed.
9. Ability to work under pressure to meet customer commitments and sales targets.
