About the job

We are seeking a fresher or more experienced 'Corporate Sales Executive' to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with corporate clients, generating new business through inbound and outbound calls, and utilizing CRM leads to meet sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their careers in corporate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to engage potential corporate clients and generate new business opportunities.
2. Identify, target, and convert leads from CRM systems and other sources into high-value corporate accounts.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to corporate clients.
5. Negotiate and close corporate sales deals, ensuring alignment with the company's revenue goals and client requirements.
6. Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to execute corporate sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.

Other requirements

- Create video content scripts and coordinate video production projects from concept to completion.

- Participate in live broadcasts and digital platform video content, if interested.

- Attend and contribute to client meetings (both online and offline) and assist in developing sales strategies.

- Opportunities to travel to client meetings and events out of town, if interested.

- Participate in the Research and Development (R&D) process, collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions for clients.

- Support business development efforts by expanding the client base and establishing strategic partnerships.

- Participate in client meetings to observe, learn, and assist senior executives in nurturing relationships with key clients and partners.

- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
