Job Summary:
As a Holiday Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling tailored holiday packages to clients, ensuring a smooth sales process, and maintaining excellent customer service. You will work closely with potential customers, understand their travel preferences, and provide them with personalized holiday solutions.
Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective clients through various channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.
2. Assess client needs, preferences, and budgets to propose suitable holiday packages Convert inquiries into sales by offering customized travel packages
3. Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfactionProvide detailed information on holiday packages and additional services
4. Resolve customer issues and provide pre- and post-sales support
5. Process bookings and confirmations in the CRM and booking systems Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities
6. Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of holidaysStay updated on travel trends and competitors' offerings
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in travel sales (preferably holiday packages)
3. Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication
4. Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms Knowledge of global travel destinationsProficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is mandatory
