About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve targeted school and athlete registrations by area
2. Ensure relationship management with on-ground agencies and schools
3. Own the sales process from prospecting to close by selling and promoting SFA
4. Handle championships, products, and/or services to existing and new accounts/schools within an assigned area to achieve sales goals
5. Make sales calls to a wide variety of contacts which may include school principals, parent/teacher organizations, yearbook advisors, student groups, coaches, athletic directors, or league sports administrators
6. Achieve customer satisfaction and quality standards by visiting key accounts, detailing requirements, and obtaining feedback from key decision-maker(s) before, during, and after the championship
7. Leverage existing relationships within current accounts to sell deeper and sell other products
8. Complete accurate registrations for sports, including pricing and payment terms by SFA guidelines.
9. Utilize and maintain a call and prospecting activity reporting using our CRM Systems Sports For All is a high-growth organization driven by our purpose to build sports at the grassroots level.

As an official partner to the Indian Olympics team and fully integrated digital and on-ground multisports platform, our target is to fuel the sports as an aspirational value to children who in turn represent this at the international level.

Who can apply

1. Minimum of 1-3 years of proven outside sales experience

2. Proven selling skills specifically related to growing existing accounts and/or acquiring new business, with the ability to identify unique customer needs

3. Results-focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals

4. Strong persuasive skills, specifically related to maintaining existing business

5. Strong organizational and time management skills

6. Prior experience working in the educational arena

Sports for All (SFA), a fully integrated digital plus on-ground multi-sport platform, is the official partner of the Indian Team for The Olympics, The Commonwealth Games, and The Asian Games. With the belief that potential can only be translated into performance if sport finds support at the grassroots level itself, we launched the SFA Championships in 2015. This tech-enabled, multi-discipline, regional sports tournament truly revolutionized sports at the school level. Enabling us to nurture, monitor, and groom future champs from a very young age.

We are endeavoring to build India's largest multi-sport technology & media platform. On the ground, we execute our own SFA Championships, which is an Olympics-style school sports championship where 15000 children from 500+ schools compete in 30 disciplines of the sport to crown the best school for sport in a city.
