About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and lead generation with new and potential clients primarily SMBs to large brands/big corporates
2. Conducting competitor analysis and market research
3. Maximizing sales revenue by up-selling and cross-selling
4. Expanding growth opportunities through new business & developing cordial long-lasting relationships with customers
5. Driving the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to deal closure
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns to open doors and establish new business engagements

Freshers have to undergo an initial 3 months of training.
Stipend during the training - INR 15,000/month (only for freshers)

Other requirements

1. Experience: 0 to 4 year of experience in B2B/corporate sales/IT sales/SaaS sales is preferred

2. Prior knowledge of selling SaaS-based products is preferred

3. Go-getter attitude with a strong passion for sales

4. Exceptional communication skills - written & verbal

5. Strong listening, questioning, and networking skills

6. Ability to work independently with big/emerging and established brands

7. High-level comfort in a fast-paced startup environment

Salary
