Coordination Assistant (Salons) For LOreal, R&I, Mumbai Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Send the study brief/plan to the agency
2. Track estimates, raise PO, and share the PO with the agency
3. Check model details and model patch test pics in Google Drive one day before the study
4. Send model, hairdresser, and driver names to the facility one day prior to the study
5. Coordinate with the agency coordinator for models' and hairdresser's timings
6. Cross-check synergy request with samples one day before the study, including FLA number of colorants, developer, and required quantity
7. Fill in the study details in Excel to track revisits, report sharing date, study date, and number of models
