Content Writer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Research, write, edit, and proofread technical documents such as user manuals, API documentation, technical guides, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and marketers, to gather and understand technical information
3. Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content tailored to different audiences and skill levels
4. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all technical documentation
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve the quality of documentation
6. Manage documentation projects efficiently, including prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with team members
7. Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field
8. Proven experience (2 years) as a technical writer, preferably in the [E-commerce Platform] field
9. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
10. Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Markdown, or Adobe FrameMaker
11. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, GitHub Pages)
12. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them in simple terms
13. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
14. A portfolio of writing samples demonstrating your technical writing skills is required
