1. Work closely with the author(s) to develop content and provide editorial support for them as per the BPB style guidelines & templates which include but are not limited to grammar checks, sentence rephrasing, paraphrasing, and checking the structure/flow of the content.
2. Conduct research on the technology of the topic they have been assigned so that you have some basic understanding of the technology.
3. Address queries or concerns raised by the technical reviewers and authors.
4. Schedule activities to ensure that content is received in a timely manner, and also accommodate any delays that occur.
5. Handle multiple titles/authors at a time, you should be good at multi-tasking and keeping track of follow-ups and deadlines.
6. Work both independently and in a distributed team environment and reliably meet deadlines.
7. Provide detailed and constructive feedback to authors using the appropriate tone to suggest the necessary actions.
