Content & E-commerce Management Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage timely order fulfillment across various sales channels
2. Collaborate with courier partners to ensure efficient last-mile delivery
3. Assist the team with product uploads and maintain web operations
4. Coordinate with different departments to enhance the customer experience
5. Engage with customers through phone and online channels for support and inquiries
6. Manage inventory across multiple sales channels

Requirements:

1. 2-4 years of experience, preferably in an e-commerce company
2. Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)
3. Proficient computer skills, with a working knowledge of Excel
4. Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
5. Graduate degree from a reputed college or university
