About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage up to 15 full-time/part-time employees and interns and build a growth-oriented culture in the fun team
2. Manage birthday parties, corporate events, and gatherings at Breakout. Ensure the success of each event at Breakout
3. Support the organization in brand development and expansion initiatives
4. Manage, plan, and report on the team's day-to-day activities and the status of business activities
5. Handle premium customers and treat them the Breakout(R) Way

Who can apply:

1. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
2. Have prior experience in business development/sales/communication-Centrix/management roles
3. A fun, outgoing personality is an advantage
4. Minimum of 3 years of work experience mandatory
