Collections Specialist - International BPO Job

Location: [Bhayandar]
Shift: [US rotational shift]
Working Days: 5 days (2 rotational week-offs)
Salary: 19000 to 40,000 + no cap on incentives

We are looking for a Collections Specialist with experience in either first-party or third-party collections for the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of collection processes and a proven ability to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage collections for assigned accounts and maintain a low delinquency rate.
2. Communicate effectively with customers to facilitate timely payments.
3. Analyze accounts to identify issues and determine appropriate collection strategies.
4. Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records.
5. Collaborate with team members to improve collection processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Fresher or 6 months to 5 years of experience in collections.
2. Strong knowledge of US collection processes and regulations.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
4. Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
5. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet or exceed targets.

US Soft Collections:

Salary: Up to 32k + 2 + 1
Roles: HR -> VNA -> Operations

Eligibility:

1. Graduates/HSC freshers and above
2. SSC with 1 year of BPO voice experience
3. Rotational Week Offs
4. Shift timing : 5:30 pm to 9:30 am [any 9 hours shift]
5. 5 working days and 2 rotational weeks off.


Canadian Soft Collections - Blended (Email 70/30 Voice)
