About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Project management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Data analytics & extraction: Analyze data to support informed decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics. Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends.
3. Strategy & presentation: Develop and implement strategic initiatives. Create compelling presentations to communicate strategies effectively and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
4. Performance marketing: Have foundational knowledge of websites, conversion rate optimization (CRO), user funnels, and e-commerce metrics like 'Add to Cart'. Analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
5. Communication: Foster positive relationships with clients through effective verbal and written communication. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and address any concerns promptly. Facilitate discussions, building trust and rapport, with a key role in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Strong knowledge of working with MS Office, G-Suite, Adobe Suite, and presentation tools.

4. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
