We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity in our BPO vertical as a Business Support Specialist. This blended role combines back-office operations with customer support for a prestigious client based in the USA and Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to immigration and citizenship processes
2. Provide clear and accurate information about the client's services and procedures
3. Assist clients in completing required forms and documentation
4. Manage and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration and citizenship laws and procedures to provide accurate guidance
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns
7. Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of communications and transactions
8. Contribute to improving customer service processes and suggesting enhancements based on client feedback
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in international customer service role, preferably in the travel, visa, or immigration sector
2. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
4. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
5. Positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
