1. Assist the team in executing BFSI and Corporate client engagements with a focus on internal audit lifecycle for financial institutions, including audit planning, scope definition, development of audit work programs, preparation of audit checklists, audit execution, and delivery
2. Assist the team on independent projects related to operational risk management such as internal control assessments, SOP and policy development, third-party risk management, incident management, and business continuity for financial institutions
3. Identify and map all relevant risks and control frameworks in Risk and Control Matrix (RACM) or Audit Work Program in relation to audit scope
4. Meet business needs and regulatory expectations by assessing key aspects of each area under review, including assessment approach, assumptions, limitations, and development of framework
5. Demonstrate independence in planning and stakeholder engagement, testing design and execution, results interpretation, presentation, and documentation production
6. Deeply understand process risks and controls, along with compliance requirements
7. Understand the financial services industry, businesses, and regulators, and their roles
8. Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and present in client meetings and thought leadership documents
9. Apply problem-solving skills with conceptual and analytical thinking
10. Utilize excellent MS-Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
