We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Business Manager to build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships while ensuring satisfaction with our financial services. The ideal candidate will evaluate clients' financial situations, develop personalized strategies, and proactively guide them toward achieving their financial goals. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of financial products and goal-based investing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis & Planning:
- Evaluate clients' financial situations by analyzing their income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Identify opportunities and recommend suitable financial products such as mutual funds, insurance (health and term), and bonds.
- Develop tailored financial plans and budgets, creating actionable steps to achieve clients' goals.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings, ensuring their satisfaction and promptly addressing concerns.
- Organize client-focused events, including seminars and workshops, to strengthen relationships and provide financial education.
- Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews to assess progress and make necessary adjustments.

3. Customizing Solutions:
- Continuously update financial plans based on clients' evolving needs and market conditions.
- Offer insights and guidance on goal-based investing, ensuring clients remain informed and confident in their strategies.

4. Financial Education & Presentation:
- Lead financial awareness sessions and deliver impactful presentations to educate clients on various investment and financial planning options.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
1. Proficiency in financial products, including mutual funds, insurance, bonds, and goal-based investing.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and maintain client relationships.
4. Ability to create and adapt strategic financial plans in a dynamic environment.
