MAAZ Infotech is a forward-thinking organization, delivers comprehensive solutions in networking, hardware, and software for businesses. We are currently seeking an ambitious and energetic 'Business Development Manager/Executive (BDM/BDE)' or 'IT Sales Executive' to join our team. The role involves B2B sales of IT hardware and software products, including laptops, printers, servers, software, antivirus solutions, biometric devices, and CCTV.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Involved in sales of IT hardware and software products (e.g., laptops, printers, servers, software, antivirus, biometric devices, CCTV) to corporate clients.
2. Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, referrals, and other strategies.
3. Manage the end-to-end sales process: initiate calls, understand client requirements, prepare proposals, negotiate prices, and close deals.
4. Build and maintain client relationships by offering support, information, and recommending improvements in products and services.
5. Identify and follow up on business development opportunities, researching target clients to expand the customer base.
6. Prepare reports on sales leads and maintain a database of prospects.
7. Foster long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, as well as vendors.
8. Drive customer database expansion via social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, Facebook) or email marketing/lead generation campaigns.
9. Regularly review sales performance, with a focus on achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets.

Other requirements

IT hardware/software/CCTV sales experience: Prior experience in selling IT hardware, software, or CCTV products is highly desirable.

Field sales experience: Candidates with a background in field sales will be given preference.

LinkedIn marketing & social media campaigns: Experience in executing marketing campaigns via LinkedIn and other social media platforms is an added advantage.

CRM systems: Familiarity with using CRM systems to manage leads and track sales progress will be beneficial.

Team player: The ability to collaborate and act as a team player is also an added advantage

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
