The sales lead generation specialist will be responsible for email prospecting, qualifying, and processing marketing leads for the sales team, and generating summarized reports of their key findings. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources, including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email, LinkedIn, and social media to introduce the company's service offering and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
2. Email Marketing - B2B Lead Generation for different geographies by E-marketing campaigns.
3. Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in the web and mobile application development domain (USA/UK/Australia/Middle East markets).
4. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
5. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound emails.
6. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
7. Will be responsible for generating 3-4 qualified leads on a weekly basis by obtaining leads through the internet or other list-generating opportunities.
8. Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
9. Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or bachelor’s/masters in business
2. Experience in IT services demand generation
3. 3-5 years of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience in the USA/UK/Australia/Middle-East markets.
4. Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal direction
6. Excellent client service skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical experience:
1. Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
2. Experience with any CRM Software preferred.
