About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced business developer who can do field work to join our team and drive business growth by establishing and expanding relationships with celebrities, corporate entities, the banking sector, and individual clients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our clientele and promoting Santhosh Rathi's Vastu consultancy services.

Key responsibilities:

1. Client relationship management:
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with celebrities, corporate clients, and individuals interested in Vastu consultancy services.
b. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

2. Business expansion:
a. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the celebrity, corporate, and individual sectors.
b. Develop strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.

3. Collaboration and partnerships:
a. Collaborate with celebrities, corporate partners, and relevant stakeholders to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
b. Attend networking events and industry functions to enhance business connections.

4. Market research:
a. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
b. Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and client needs.

5. Sales and revenue generation:
a. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and persuasion.
b. Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from both existing and new clients.

6. Customized service proposals:
a. Prepare and present customised service proposals to clients based on their specific needs and requirements.
b. Work closely with Santhosh Rathi to tailor offerings to meet client expectations.

7. Incentive-driven performance:
a. Work towards achieving sales targets to earn incentives in addition to the annual salary.
b. Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach to contribute to business success.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the consulting or service industry.

2. Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

6. Familiarity with the celebrity, corporate, and banking sectors in Mumbai/Pune.

7. Candidates who can travel extensively to meet clients and promote our Vastu services.

8. Candidates with Vastu Knowledge are preferred.

9. Candidates who are available to work on-field.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 5,20,000 /year
