About the job

As a business development executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the growth of our business. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of business development, including lead generation, market research, Cold Calling and customer relationship building.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead generation: Research and identify potential clients and partners through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry events.
2. Market research: Effective market research to understand industry trends, competitor analysis, and target customer needs.
3. Sales support: Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contract documentation.
4. Customer relationship building: Contribute to building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners.
5. Administrative tasks: Handle administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, updating databases, and managing sales pipeline.
6. Cold calling: Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, introduce our products/services, and generate qualified leads.
7. Follow up: Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with prospective clients.
8. Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
9. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Build rapport with potential clients and ask relevant qualifying questions.
10. Handle objections and rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
