Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
2. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
3. Identify new Clients/prospects and initiate & follow up on business development activities.
4. Regularly visit existing customers to retain them, along with visiting prospects for new business development.
5. Assisting the seniors in presentation meetings.
6. Strong follow-up with the customer.
7. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
8. Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
9. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
10. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
11. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
12. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
13. Participate in sales meetings, customer calls, and follow-up activities.
