Negotiate and close deals in alignment with company goals and financial targets.
5. Strategic partnerships:
Collaborate with other departments to identify strategic partnerships and alliances.
Work with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies.
6. Reporting & KPIs:
Track and report on key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, sales targets, and client retention.
Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
7. Attending industry events:
Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the company's services and expand networks.
8. Customer satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service before, during, and after-sales engagements.
