About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls, and emails.
2. Drive student admissions while consistently achieving target metrics.
3. Assess customer needs and requirements, offering tailored program recommendations.
4. Close sales and meet or exceed quarterly quotas.
5. Provide counseling and engage with both students and parents.
6. Offer personalized support to students in selecting courses, navigating the application process, and meeting deadlines.
7. Guide students through the documentation process required for applications.
8. Deliver clear information to students, parents, and guardians regarding admission requirements, enrollment procedures, and other related processes.
9. Ensure efficient and systematic management of applications and communication with parents of prospective students.

Skill(s) required

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel Sales

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore

What we’re looking for:

1. Strong ability to empathize with students and parents, fostering relationship-building through effective communication.

2. Proven track record in working within a target-driven sales environment.

3. Demonstrated expertise in converting leads into successful sales.

4. Proficiency in using CRM systems.

5. Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential.

6. Excellent listening and presentation skills.

7. Experience in the ed-tech sector is preferred.

8. A graduate degree is required with no pending backlogs.
