Business Development Executive (IT Sales- Website, Mobile Application) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expand the company client portfolio.
2. Engage with prospective clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings to explain the firms services, understand client needs, and tailor offerings to meet those needs. Follow up on leads and maintain a comprehensive database of client interactions.
3. Prepare and share customized service quotations and proposals with prospective clients. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals based on client requirements and the firm's service offerings.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster ongoing business. Address client inquiries, provide regular updates on service delivery, and liaise with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
5. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape insights.
6. Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new client engagements and upselling additional services to existing clients.
