Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Acquire delegates for conferences by conducting market research and lead generation to sell delegate packages to senior-level business leaders
2. Collaborate closely with the managing director, marketing, and production team
3. Contact relevant executives to inform them of events, highlight the benefits of attending, and secure registrations
4. Engage confidently and effectively with directors and senior executives
5. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals
6. Conduct follow-up calls after sending email proposals to finalize deals
7. Liaise with confirmed delegates to ensure their attendance and participation at events
8. Consistently achieve daily KPIs (call rates) and monthly revenue targets

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
3. Professional, eager, and open to learning the company's unique sales process
4. Graduate with strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand complex market information
5. Driven, hardworking, and ambitious, with a strong desire to build a successful career in sales
