About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Drive sales by following up on leads, making cold calls, and sending emails.
2. Manage the student admissions process to meet targets.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable programs.
4. Achieve quarterly sales goals by closing deals.
5. Guide students in selecting courses, completing applications, and meeting deadlines.
6. Assist students with the required documents for their applications.
7. Provide comprehensive information on admissions and enrollment to both students and parents.
8. Communicate and coordinate effectively with applicants and their parents.

Note:

1. Work hours: 10 AM to 8 PM, 6 days a week.
2. Salary: Up to 5.4 LPA (fixed) + variables.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Qualification: Any bachelor's or master's degree.

2. Experience: At least 8 months of experience in ed-tech sales.

Must-have:

1. Strong ability to empathize and build rapport with students and parents.

2. A target-driven mindset with a focus on lead conversion.

3. Experience with CRM tools.

4. Prior experience in ed-tech is preferred.

5. Graduation is mandatory with no academic backlogs.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 5,40,000 /year
