Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Research clients, write pitch docs, and personalize them according to the client s persona which will explain well about our studio and how we could help the client build their brand since we deal only with B2B clients
2. Travel and meet leads and prospects in person

Requirements:

1. You must have superb communication skills, who can speak fluently to International and Indian clients, and write gripping pitch emails
2. You need to be a storyteller and not a credit card seller
3. You should be aware of various CRM platforms, we use HubSpot and know how to use them
4. You should be good with numbers and prompt at making Rate cards
5. Your best quality should be the ability to convince and convert the leads
6. You need to be a hunter who can find the right clients after understanding our services thoroughly
7. We do not expect 50 clients a month, but we will be happy with 10-12 clients but need to close on solid deals
8. You must have an active presence on LinkedIn and other business portals and events
9. You need to have experience in the advertising or design field and need to know how this industry works
10. You will receive high incentives for every deal closed (subject to your probation period and the length of the project)
