Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
2. Educate and nurture prospects on product utility and fitment
3. Conduct demos and share knowledge to onboard new clients
4. Onboard client companies and their employees on Kredily
5. Follow up with potential customers to demonstrate product usability
6. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
7. Collaborate with the support and product teams to enhance the product experience

Requirements:

1. 1 - 3 years of experience in inside sales for a technology product
2. Previous experience in B2B product sales is a bonus
3. Good spoken and written English skills, plus spoken Hindi skills
4. Technology-savvy with a keen interest in software product workings
5. Demonstrated customer service orientation
6. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
8. Adaptable to changing situations and priorities
