About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Candidate sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
2. Screening & interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
3. Candidate relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
4. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide guidance on job specifications, and assist in selecting the best-fit candidates.
5. Offer negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates, including negotiating salary and benefits as necessary, while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
6. Onboarding assistance: Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating new hire documentation, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
7. Recruitment metrics & reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and continuously improve processes.
8. Employer branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice by participating in career fairs, networking events, and leveraging social media to highlight company culture and opportunities.
9. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal and company policies, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
10. Job posting: Create and publish job advertisements across multiple platforms, ensuring they accurately reflect the job requirements and company values.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT.

3. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and platforms.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.

5. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
