We are a small team. You'll be the only PM in the team working directly with the founder. You'll be expected to work hard, learn new things quickly, and also be given the required autonomy to do your job. The founder has worked at Amazon and ran his own Sequoia-backed startup for 9 years. We are building a sophisticated marketing tech platform (it's in stealth mode right now). It's a B2B SaaS product focused on SMBs abroad. We're looking for someone who can talk to the tech team in their language, challenge them, empathize with their perspective, and help ship products as fast as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Get on video calls with prospects/customers to understand their problems/get feedback / and sometimes sell to them (so that you truly understand which features are important to build).
2. Write detailed PRDs (this is key)
3. Make the wireframes for the software
4. Use tools to convert wireframes into designs (or build a systematic way for the tech team to use standard frameworks so that minimal designing is needed)
5. Bake in GTM strategies in the product and execute GTM yourself (yes, we are a small team) :)
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
1. Bachelors degree in Engineering
2. 1-3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
3. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
5. Need to be familiar with coding
