About the job

We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to manage our company's accounts payable and receivable. Accounts Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
2. Processing bank work
3. Reconciling financial statements
4. Submit tax and other compliance forms
5. Ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time
6. Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
7. Process bank deposits
8. Reconcile financial statements
9. Prepare ccurate Invoices
10. Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
11. Identify and address discrepancies
12. Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
13. Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
14. Keep all compliance up to date as per Govt Norms
15. Debt follow up and collection
16. Coordinate with chartered account in regular basis
17. Efficiently manage all office Accounts and book keeping of operations and administrative tasks in Tally to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization
18. Maintain and update records, files, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner using Tally, MS Office, MS Word, and MS Excel
19. Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring they are error-free and professionally presented
20. Manage inventory, office supplies, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement
21. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the management team
22. Monitor and maintain office budgets, expenses, and invoices, reconciling them with financial records
23. Provide exceptional customer service and support by promptly addressing queries and concerns

Skill(s) required

MS-Excel MS-Office MS-Word Tally

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. To be successful in this role, you should have a finance or accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping

2. Knowledge of tally

3. Proven work experience as an accounts administrator or similar role

4. Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations

5. Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally

6. 1 year+ experience with tally and accounts

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,00,001 /year
