The 'Assistant Store Manager - Sales' will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at our luxury fashion store. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales:
Ensure sales targets are being achieved by actively involved in closing them
Lead by example in delivering an exceptional client experience, and building long-term customer relationships.
Ensure all staff are knowledgeable and confident in the product range and sales techniques.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
2. Team Management:
Support in managing and motivating the sales team to achieve personal and store targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team performance.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff on brand standards, customer service, and product knowledge.
3. Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure that all customers receive a personalized shopping experience that reflects the luxury nature of our brand.
Handle VIP and high-net-worth clientele with the utmost professionalism.
Resolve any customer service issues promptly and effectively.
4. Store Operations:
Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and floor set-up.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Monitor and control store expenses, aiming to increase profitability.
5. Inventory & Stock Management:
Work with the Business Head to monitor inventory levels and liaise with the buying and e-commerce teams.
Support in stock audits, deliveries, and the management of stock rotation.
Ensure there are zero damages and losses
6. Reporting:
Assist in preparing daily and weekly sales reports, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide feedback and suggestions to the Business Head to improve overall sales performance.
