Accountant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make GST tax invoices
2. Process payment and receipt transactions
3. Handle bank transactions such as cash withdrawal, cheque/cash deposit, and daily bank reconciliation
4. Maintain proper filing
5. Prepare cash vouchers and weekly expenses details
6. Create statements in Excel and Word formats
7. Prepare debit/credit notes
8. Manage challan deposits for TDS, advance tax, and GST
9. Make online payments for creditors, TDS, advance tax, and GST
10. Prepare monthly GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, and GSTR-3B with HSN code summary
11. Have knowledge of import/export shipments
12. Follow up on payments with debtors
13. Demonstrate good knowledge of GST and Tally ERP 9
14. Complete all accounting work up to finalization
