Accountant Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
2. Process and record financial transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
4. Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
5. Monitor expenses and ensure cost control measures are implemented across departments.
6. Handle tax calculations, and filings, and ensure compliance with GST and other applicable tax laws.
7. Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
8. Collaborate with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
9. Ensure timely payments to suppliers and vendors, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
10. Assist management with financial decision-making by providing accurate data and insights.
11. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
