Academic Counsellor Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Receiving all phone calls and explaining the company's products/services.
2. Maintaining master data in MS Excel for all inquiries through different platforms like direct calls, Instagram, Whatsapp, web, etc.
3. Maintaining all follow-up calls and data entry in master data.
4. Providing the details of prospective clients, vendors, candidates, or contractors to the respective departments.
5. Collecting customer details and other pertinent data for additional sales follow-up.
6. Addressing queries, and keeping track of calls, sales, and other useful information.
7. Recognizing consumer wants and responding to product or service-related inquiries.
8. Performing after-sales follow-up, investigating customer input, and assessing customer happiness.
9. Getting in touch with prospective clients using their preferred mode of communication.
10. Keeping track of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
11. Participating in regular team meetings to define progress and performance criteria.
12. Maintaining operations by adhering to policies, methodologies, and functional changes.
