Job Summary: We are looking for a Zoho CRM Expert who will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Zoho CRM system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Zoho CRM, strong technical skills, and a proven track record of improving CRM functionalities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the administration and maintenance of Zoho CRM, ensuring it is configured to meet the company s needs
2. Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, and workflows to streamline and enhance business processes
3. Integrate Zoho CRM with other business applications to ensure seamless data flow and improve operational efficiency
4. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system, including data migration, data cleaning, and deduplication
5. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are effectively utilizing the CRM system. Develop user guides and documentation
6. Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer interactions and sales performance. Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
7. Develop and implement automation rules to improve efficiency and productivity
Identify and resolve any issues related to Zoho CRM functionality and performance
8. Ensure that the CRM system complies with data protection regulations and company policies

Skills:

1. Proficient in Zoho CRM customization, workflow automation, and integration with other tools
2. Familiarity with Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho One Suite is a plus
3. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to train and support end-users effectively
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Other requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business

2. Administration or a related field is preferred or equivalent experience

3. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Zoho CRM

4. Certifications in Zoho CRM or related Zoho products are preferred

5. Experience in a similar industry or sector

6. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
