1. Prepare budget forecasts
2. Publish financial statements on time
3. Ensure timely payments
4. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
5. Audit financial transactions and documents
6. Comply with financial policies and regulations
7. Ensure timely payments / GST Return/ TDS Return etc
8. Work on day-to-day accounting entries in Tally software such as sales bills, purchase bills, and expense booking
9. Work on account reconciliations such as banks, creditors, debtors, billings, etc.
10. Work on auditing financial documents and procedures and calculating tax payments and returns
11. Provide us with accurate quantitative information on the financial position
Required:
1. Work experience as an accountant in Zoho Book (0- 1 years experience)
2. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
3. Hands-on experience with accounting software (Zoho Book)
4. Advanced MS Excel skills
5. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
6. You should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes
7. Only accountant or B.Com graduates
