About The Company:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Help grow and engage developer and end-user communities in creative ways online for Twitter, Telegram, and Discord community management.
2. Own the high-level content strategy, community plan, and growth strategy for on-chain protocols.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align around strategic objectives.
4. Execute tactical community activities, such as welcoming new members, generating discussion, acting as a facilitator, mediating issues, etc.
5. Help design the necessary experiences to enable us to onboard and retain our audiences and strengthen our communities.
6. Build, update, execute, and optimize community-building strategy and social quests.
7. Take full responsibility for community growth and get new users on board.
8. Create a short-, mid- and long-term strategy for user engagement and user incantation.
9. Create real, authentic connections between us and our community members.
10. Bring your strong understanding of the Web3 landscape to partner with the most passionate people in the industry.

Skills and Requirements:

1. Experience in content strategy and expertise in setting up Discord servers, and Telegram groups, and managing Discord bots with varying complexities.
2. Ability to collaborate with the growth team to drive organic growth and community-focused marketing initiatives.
3. Proficiency in managing relationships with external partners and influencers to enhance campaign impact.
