About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining a strong relationship with makers and advising them on issues related to the market, product and offering solutions on the same.
2. Work on onboarding new makers through inbound requests and the maker growth engine.
3. Develop new models for product standardisation and scaling in each category and make a category playbook for the same.
4. Able to handle existing and new makers both on the field and off.
5. Utilize spreadsheet software and other relevant technology tools to streamline and optimize the process.
6. Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and techniques for cataloging and launching products on the website.

Effective Communication MS-Excel
Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply

1. Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in the sales and customer support domain
