US Doctor Admin Assistant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attending US patient queries and scheduling appointments
2. Transcribing voicemails of US doctors
3. Obtaining and submitting the medical history of the patients
4. Working on back-end tasks as assigned by doctors-sending emails, taking feedback from the patients, and updating the doctor's blog
5. Coordinating with the pharmacists for proper medicine delivery to the patients
6. Coordinating with the Indian finance team for the settlement of any bills, claims, and insurance-related issues

Skills & Requirements:

1. Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of international voice experience
2. Candidates must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
3. Candidates must be willing to work the night shift
4. Candidates must be energetic with a smart personality
5. Candidate must not have more than 1 month of the notice period in his present company
