2. Handle travel inquiries and convert leads into bookings
3. Recommend and sell travel products, services, and packages to maximize sales
4. Process reservations and bookings using relevant software or systems
5. Provide pre- and post-sales support, addressing client questions, concerns, and issues
6. Stay updated on the latest travel trends, offers, promotions, and destination information
7. Collaborate with travel suppliers, airlines, and hotels to secure the best deals
8. Ensure accurate entry of client information and travel details into the system
9. Maintain proper documentation of bookings, receipts, and travel itineraries
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales or a related field
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. Knowledge of travel booking systems (such as GDS) is an added advantage
