About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Planning itineraries: Creating customized itineraries that meet clients' budgets and preferences.
2. Providing information: Advising clients on destinations, cultures, weather, and activities.
3. Handling customer inquiries: Answering client questions and concerns via email, social media, or phone.
4. Making bookings: Arranging hotel, flight, and other transportation bookings.
5. Following up with clients: Following up with customers for feedback and to convert leads into sales.
6. Staying up to date: Keeping informed of travel industry news and trends.
7. Analyzing data: Analyzing client data and purchasing behavior to support client acquisition and retention.
8. Developing sales strategies: Monitoring competitors and developing sales strategies.
9. Escalating requests: Escalating client requests that deviate from signed sales agreements.

British English Canva Email Marketing MS-Excel Social Media Marketing

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.

2. Knowledge of destinations from a tourism perspective

3. Client handling skills.

4. Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.

5. Degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, business, or a relevant field. 

6. English speaking/writing.

7. MS Excel knowledge.

8. Email marketing experience.
