The Accounting and MIS Trainer is responsible for imparting knowledge and practical skills related to Tally and Zoho accounting software and Management Information Systems, especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word to students. The trainer's role is to facilitate effective learning through structured courses, workshops, or training programs, ensuring that participants gain proficiency in Accounting tools and MIS concepts and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development: Design and develop training materials, modules, and curricula based on industry standards and learner needs.
2. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and classes to educate participants on Tally accounting software and MIS principles.
3. Hands-On Demonstrations: Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to help learners apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
4. Assessment and Evaluation: Create and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to gauge participant understanding and track progress.
5. Individualized Support: Offer individualized guidance and support to participants who may require extra assistance in understanding complex topics.
6. Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from participants to continually improve training materials and delivery methods.
7. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of Tally software and MIS concepts to ensure training content is current and relevant.
8. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress.
9. Troubleshooting: Assist participants in resolving issues or challenges they encounter while working with Tally and MIS systems.
1. Has a Diploma, Certification or a Degree in Data Management, Data Analytics, Tally, Zoho or related field.
2. Has strong understanding of principles, techniques and software tools
3. Has excellent communication skills
4. Is patient, empathetic and passionate

Training and Educational Centre for Hearing Impaired (TEACH) is a registered not-for-profit organization (E/10326/Thane) and a higher educational institute for the deaf. TEACH was founded in 2016 and since then has educated 350+ deaf children. Students join TEACH after completing their schooling and go through our unique model of overall development. In the end, they attain graduation (university degree), certifications & placements.
