About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting an Accounts Executive training program as well as an Office executive course at the respective lighthouse.
2. Engage in designing and developing the curriculum framework and day-wise lesson plans/ activities.
3. Providing a daily attendance sheet, and highlighting to the respective center heads and skilling team about the absenteeism of students.
4. Should adhere to the standard operating procedure document for in-house courses regarding the expected deliverables from the trainer.
5. Required to give a weekly student-wise progress report which comprises pre, mid & post evaluation reports in which progress is tracked against stated improvement areas, per student.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Education: Any commerce graduate/postgraduate who has completed a CA.

2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of industry experience in accounts and soft skill teaching.

3. A minimum of 1 year of experience is mandatory in training either in corporate or in a non-profit organization in online/offline mode preferably to the age group of 18- 30 years

4. Strong accounting domain knowledge.

5. Well-versed with Tally ERP features and should have experience in training the same to students as well.

6. Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, 7. Advanced Excel) & Tally ERP, Tally Software.

8. Excellent communication skills.

9. Able to communicate in Hindi, English, and Oriya with students.

10. Passionate about training and mentoring youth.

11. Good administrative skills are required.

12. Skilled in training on an online platform, using Google Classroom, Google Drive, etc.

13. Efficient to conduct online & offline classroom training.

14. A proactive and positive approach

Lighthouse Communities Foundation works in the area of skilling and livelihoods for underserved youth. This is a pioneering program with a strong PPP model, an agency-led approach to livelihoods, and a vision of socio-economic transformation. The Lighthouses are run through a public-private partnership that empowers the government, corporates, NGOs, and citizens to work together toward changing lives. The provision of location and capital expenditure for the Lighthouse centers is taken care of by the government. Corporates contribute through CSR funds to provide operational expenses. NGOs come on board to provide various skilling courses to the youth. With penetration in more than 400 of the 500-odd slum communities of Pune, the program has now expanded to other cities viz. PCMC, Dombivali, Aurangabad and also States viz. Delhi, Odisha, and Hyderabad.
